The Four Crosses Inn sits in one of the Midlands most notoriously haunted locations. There are many deaths recorded in history that relate to this building from as late as the 1980s and the area just around the building, sitting directly on a main road you will no doubt guess there has also been many tragic deaths just outside their doors too.
Children’s laughter is said to be heard around the building. Spirit boxes are said to be equipment of choice in the bar area for this specific reason. Many have said there is a spirit in the ladies bathroom, with sounds and crying coming from specific cubicles. Other investigators have seen a plethora of phenomena including voices, doors opening and closing on their own accord, unexplained knocks and bangs as well as full body apparitions.
